Agency Trainer
Our Agency trainer has worked in the human services field for 25 years. Her experience has varied from working with individuals with Mental Illness, I.D., and Autism in direct care, staff management, and training departments as well as working with at-risk youth in a secure environment facility. Along with time spent caring for individuals, she has been trained in verbal de-escalation, CPR, DHS Medication Administration, Trauma Informed Care, Physical Crisis & Intervention as well as earning certification as a Certified Investigator.
