Hiring Locations:

- Punxsutawney, PA
Responsibilities include:
- Assistance with daily living activities.
- Engaging and participating in community events.
- Providing assistance to individuals with basic tasks (cooking, cleaning, and training in self independence).
- Paperwork, including daily documentation, recording, and administering daily medication.
Work experience:
- No prior work experience required.
- Paid training will be provided.
Skills/Requirements:
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and have a compassionate and caring spirit.
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have own transportation.
- Proof of auto insurance including bodily injury limits of 100/300
Compensation:
- $17 per hour

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Engaging and participating in community events
- Providing assistance to individuals with basic tasks (cooking, cleaning and training in self independence)
- Paperwork including daily documentation, recording and administering daily medication
- Block shifts run as follows (availability of each will vary)
- Sunday 7am through Tuesday 3pm
- Tuesday 3pm through Thursday 11pm
- Thursday 11pm through Sunday 7am
- Sleep hours are 11pm-7am
Skills/Requirements:
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have own transportation.
- Proof of auto insurance including bodily injury limits of 100/300
Compensation:
- $17 per hour

- Must be available in an “on call” capacity for any shift (morning, afternoon, overnight).
- Ability to work in locations in New Bethlehem and Punxsutawney areas.
- Guaranteed 40 hours pay per week. Overtime is possible.

Site Manager Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Oversight of Direct Support Professionals and Program operations
Health and Safety of Individuals served
Implementation of ISP Services
Monthly collection and review of residential service documentation
Communication to Program Specialist regarding all areas associated with the implementation of contracted services
Ensure appropriate staffing as indicated in each Individuals ISP

Lifeway Services, LLC is a licensed Adult Residential Agency for adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. We are currently seeking a Program Specialist to join our team.
Program Specialist Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
- Associate’s Degree and 4 years experience or more working with the IDD population in a residential setting
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years experience or more working with the IDD population in a residential
- Master’s Degree and 1years experience or more working with the IDD population in a residential.
Knowledge of Chapter 6400 regulations, and ODP Licensing requirements.
Experience with ISP implementation
Detail Oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google workspace products.
People Management Skills
Full time (8:30 am -4:30 pm, Mon-Friday)
- Punxsutawney, PA office location
- Routine travel required to New Bethlehem office and other service locations
- Position will over see all program specialist duties in Punxsutawney
