Aaron B. Clyde, CEO
Our CEO spent over 15 years working within all aspects of support to individuals of a diverse, contingency of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental illness. He has years of experience in the areas of direct support, behavior support, counseling, and administration within residential agencies. Aaron has received his degree from Clarion University and is a candidate for the M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling Degree Program.

Lindsey Deibler, Standards & Compliance Director
Our Compliance Director has more than 18 years experience working within the human services field. She has been in multiple roles of caring for individuals with I.D. & Autism which span from direct-care support & management, to the acting Risk Management/Quality Assurance Coordinator & Deputy Administrator for Clarion County. Lindsay also has extensive experience working as a mobile crisis worker within the most challenging of circumstances.

Our COO has over 20 years of experience working within the human services. He has vast experience in the residential setting including: direct-care, staff management, certified investigations, human relations, and HR processes. Doug has spent many years working within agency recruitment, training & staff retention.
